Wrist Wrestling

Roark

Recommended Posts

The back of your hand, and all of your forearm must

remain flat on the counter top, or table top. Otherwise,

you may choose your body position-lean over your forearm, stand straight up, lean back.

Grasping the end of the handle with the other end

perpendicular to your forearm. lever up the hammer until

it is vertical.

As I recall without looking it up, Kaz did this with a

standard length, store-bought 16 lb sledge.

Details needed if you report on this- handle length from

wood tip to top of hammer head, and the weight of the

sledge. And, keeping in mind that handle length increases as head-weight increases, this is murderously difficult. :cry
