Here we go guys! AW Training Series - Introduction

http://www.youtube.com/user/joemussewhite#...l/0/XoH8Xl2zkd8

I just started over fresh. The edited video clips were basically useless

so I just started over.

Later today when my son gets home I'll go over basic techniques.

It will be in 2 parts. Part 1 will cover inside moves. Part 2 will cover outside moves.

After that I'll go over arm wrestling training extensively.

Also, instead of limiting the series to 3 or 4 videos, this project will be ongoing.

My goal is to do at least one video clip a week.

I apologize for the delay.

Hope everyone learns something and if you're new to the sport and just

getting started be patient, train smart, and always set goals for yourself.

Stay tuned! ;)

No Problem my friends.

I'm glad you like them.

Tonight is part 2 on Technique.

I haven't decided yet but I might do a seperate video on

back pressure. It's so important in AW I might devote a whole

clip on it.

Stay tuned!

Good videos so far. I'm a complete newbie to armwrestling so everything you've said so far I've learned from. I'm greatly looking forward to your future videos. Thanks!

Thanks again everyone!

Tomorrow night I will post part 2 on technique.

It was going to be tonight but my son had other plans and

a few other pullers I practice with were not available.

Stay tuned! There's TONS more coming!!! ;)

had my first AW practice last night with my 9-yr-old god son. practiced the hook and general body positioning. he also let me win a few, which was nice!

he's been into wrestling/kick-boxing for a while and he seems to enjoy it.
