Tommy, here's what I have to say:

:rock

Note everyone in the clip how Tommy was really making sure the video came out right. This clip is actually "take 2" of the feat!

http://www.cyberpump.com/preview/Tommy.wmv

P.S.

Here's a good time for a plug. This file, for example, is 2 meg in size. That means bandwidth gets eaten. Bandwidth costs $$$. Right now, the GripBoard is a beneficiary of Cyberpump.com donators. For those here that have donated here, thank you. Details of becoming a supporter of the site is in my signature.

Was there ever-so-slight a hint in your post, Wanna, that

maybe grip board members should also be supporting

cyberpump rather than riding free? That we need to get with the band on band width expense?

I hope so.

Nice job on the gripper...I wanna see some of that thick bar work you were talking about in an earlier post. Again, nice work on the #3 and good luck w/the #4.

Great job Tommy. Nice full reps too. With smart injury free training, you'll get the #4 in 2003. :bow

Oh by the way, Roark I think you forgot to congratulate Tommy.

Surgery?! Which shoulder? Off hand? Did you do it lifting?

The clavicle bone of the right shoulder is falling apart,I was told it is called Osteoylisis. Back in May of this year I was doing a one finger lift with only 135lbs. When I got the weight up I lifted my arm a little higher kinda like an up right row with one arm. About 20 min. later my shoulder was sore." I'LL BE BACK" :rock

Gripster,

How would you have any idea what I have remembered,

or what I have forgotten?

In fact I have not seen the clip. Now before you begin making more assumptions based in ignorance, my computer is having difficulties- I tried to see it but could

not.

I suggest you worry not about whom I congratulate,

but concentrate more on why you are concerned with

whom I do or do not congratulate. When you decide the

answer to that, you need not share it with me.

Gripper32001 alias "GripStud" :cool

My curiosity is piqued. May I ask if your doctors have ruled out

Gorhams Disease (vanishing bone) or was the problem directly

caused by your lifting trauma?

I hope your problem heals and you can continue showing us

your abilities.

Thanks and good luck

Roark, after you view video, will you then congratulate Tommy or will you find an excuse not to? You'll probably find fault with something.

THIS is rude. What's the point? Are you going to badger every other person on this board who hasn't posted in this thread?

Gripster,

Just now tried to see the clip- again, I cannot.

So, I have no comment.

Actually, the only post I made in this thread,

prior to you asking the question, was to

respond to Wanna's statement that the grip board

is a free service hanging on the coat-tails of

cyberpump (my words not his, he is more tactful).

This board has hundreds of members who have not

posted in this thread- so I wondered why you asked

me only.

That you jumped to conclusions is obvious- not so

obvious is whether that statement constitutes regret

or apology.

Cant we all just get a long? :( Thanks for the link Wannagrip,it was the same one I first read back in may. Zcor, the vanishing bone never came up.I was told it was "Osteolysis" & that people who lift very heavy weights get it.

Gripper 32001,

You'll need to check with Gripster as to why he steered this thread off course, and why he stated I would 'probably find fault with something'.

Actually finding fault is what composes good judging in

the lifting world, but there is a small voice telling me that

such is not his intended message to me.

Good fortune with your healing process.

Well, I guess I have to congratulate Tommy now, along with all 1445 members! On behalf of all those who were very impressed (they should be) but didn’t post: Congratulations Tommy, very well done! For myself, I was very impressed and watched the video in awe. Good luck on your surgery, I know you will prevail.
