apdwler
Anyone tried this devise. It looks interesting. http://www.armwrestling-supersite.com/the_twister1.htm Latter... I improvised a cheapskate version. It still needs a little work, but it looks like it could be a good forearm burner. Jonathan McMillan
Hmmm...I find it hard to decipher how to use the device? How did your home job workout? Jon@han
Guest WesMarden
It looks interesting and useful, but I could use more information.
Rick Browne
The Twister, if not the actual tool, is similar to a tool that ironworkers use to tie rebar together for concrete slabs. If you have ever seen a rebar grid layout for a concrete slab you know what I mean. The tool like this twister is used with a piece of tie wire about 4 inches long that has the ends looped. You bend the wire in a U shape then loop the wire around the rebar where it criss crosses The 2 loops of the wire are put on the hook of the twister and the handle is the spun around twisting the wire tight around the rebar. I imagine you hook the twister to your loading pin and weights and then rotate the handle to create a type of torque movement. The hook floats freely inside the handle allowing it to sin around 360%. I can see how it wound make the forearm muscles work hard trying to counteract the spinning motion of the weight load.
