JAU1985
If you only train grippers I'd say get a bucket of sand and work extensors by sand grabbing. If you want to get pinching, then just get some thinner 25lb weight plates and work on those, flat sided 10lb plates work good too. I recently got an Economy pinch block from FBBC and I love it. Save some money, buy some basic equipment and get to pinching and working your extensors. And if you really want, get the book "Mastery of Hand Strength" by John Brookfield, there is a lot of sage advice and techniques in there, I have the older, unrevised version and it's still helped me quite a bit. I'll be getting the updated version soon no doubt. As for bending, I really want to try my hand at that as well so you're not alone there. Once this blasted wrist heals up and I can rehab that, it will happen. A beginners bender bag from FBBC and some wraps is where I'll be starting.
