Hey ,guys.

Where I can find more tips about training with grippers:in John Brookfield's "Mastery of Hand Strength" or in his new book.

I'm not new in grip training, and my goal IM#3.

Johns first book has less on gripper work than the second but this site has ten times as much good (and not so good naturally) info.

Wanna has a training routine which has worked for a few and there is plenty of supplemental exercises which are favoured. The most obvious is the strap and timed holds - put these words/phrases in after grippers.

You might also want to do what some have done -it may mean spending a few more bucks and buy grippers that are rated between the one you want to shut (beefbuilder and PDA's grippers as well as other Ironmind grippers) in addition to an Ivanko super gripper (from the Ironman magazine home gym website).

There may be another source soon...
