arande2 Posted June 7, 2009 Share Posted June 7, 2009 I've been going a little lighter on grip training (recently) and found that after holding a relatively light weight (225lbs) my joints felt sore for a couple minutes, but the thing it my joints didn't do that a couple months ago holding a heavier weight (405). ??
