Adam Black Posted December 17, 2002 Share Posted December 17, 2002 Due to some of the recent threads concerning world class grip feats/lifts I started thinking about training time. There are several advanced grip trainees on this board. I am curious as to how long some of you advanced guys have been training grip? How many of you only train grip related lifts? How many train full body? For those that train full body, do you see any correlation between overall body strength increases and your grip strength increases? What I mean is if your gains on your other lifts are in a lull, is your grip strength progress also in a lull. Or are the 2 areas totally independent.
