Here's a guy to watch when he's done with football at the University of Michigan.

Happy Birthday John!

You beat me to it Wanna, I was just about to start a thread. Happy birthday John!

I am eager to see what Mr. Wood can accomplish in the grip world when he is freed from the commitments and limitations of training for football. Based on the limited amount I have seen (live in person BTW) I think they will need to get a new larger Primate grip machine.

John, any plans to get grip-specific after footballl season?

6'4" about 280 lbs, keen mind to create new training

slants, modest, friendly, and brutally strong.

He blows out his birthday candles by standing in the next

room!

It is a joy to know you, happy birthday, John.

(I kept the words simple so your dad could grasp each one) ;)
