Bill Piche
I am looking for 1 or 2 volunteers to go through at 8 weeks of the KTA program. If you aren't disciplined and consistent don't even apply. If you can't deal with hard grip training -- really hard, don't apply. If you can't follow directions to the letter, don't apply. If you whine a lot, don't apply. If you believe everyone, just because they make a post about a lift, don't apply. Did I mention, if you can't follow directions to the letter don't apply? If you don't believe you can reach your goal, don't apply. Those that are on the #2 with the goal being a #3 get precedence. PM me. Thanks, Wannagrip

Bill Piche
When something spectacular occurs. If you pay attention on this forum, you have a guy who really has one of the basic building blocks and theories of the program working for him. It's not really a theory, it's a given IMO. But, it's something that goes beyond the "typical norm" of working out.
