meelhama
I've been trying two hand pinching (euro style) for the past three weeks and I noticed slight stiffness and pain in my metacarpals. Has anyone experienced metacarpal tunnel syndrome related to pinching? Has anyone exprienced wrist injuries associated with pinching? And, most importantly, how did you rehab the injury? My guess is you are using the wrong width on your setup - experiment with the width until you are squeezing with the palm as well as the fingers. Toto thin kills my fingers one way and too thick another - when I got it right - no more of that deep down pain.

I'm using two 45s. what do you mean by pinching more with your palm? Do you mean use your thumb pad more, or setting your fingers so that you use more of your palm right below your pinkie?
