Check this one out. I threw a freakin' crazy exercise in there - Hammer Chain Twists. That will get you were you want to be. Really tough exercise. Still sore from it!

just tried the hammer chain twists and got my ass kicked by em. Man those Are tough :). Probably the best pump Ive ever had in my arms from a single exercise! Can't wait to see how sore I'll be tomorrow!

Thanks Jedd. Now I have a few more exercises to do with my 8lbs sledge. Granted, I can't to the hand-to-hand, but I'll figure out something and video it. Maybe you can use it on DieselCrew.Com. :)

Michael,

Try this - hold the hammer up at a slight angle and then toss it to the left and catch it in the same hand. Toss it to the right and catch with the same hand. It does not matter if you actually are changing hands. The important thing is fighting the movement of the hammer.

You could also have someone toss the hammer to you.
