Jedd Johnson Posted May 6, 2009 Author Share Posted May 6, 2009 Michael, Try this - hold the hammer up at a slight angle and then toss it to the left and catch it in the same hand. Toss it to the right and catch with the same hand. It does not matter if you actually are changing hands. The important thing is fighting the movement of the hammer.
