EricMilfeld
What would a 3 lift grip meet, designed to test all around grip and wrist strength consist of, if limited to a combined total weight to determine placings? How about starting the competition with a 2" overhands deadlift, then contesting a wrist roller event, and wrapping it up with deadlifting a pinch block in each hand? Your ideas? Todd Kartchner
Nice choices, but none of your events address crushing grip. My three picks would be: (1) Rolling Thunder (2) IM Pinch grip block (3) Gripinator--most weight for a single You would add the best attempts with each hand for a combined total. Additional events if you went beyond three might include: thick handled farmer's walk, wrist roller, leverage lifting, and some type of bending event (scored on distance between ends, length of rod, and type of metal). --Todd
Nathan Say
1) plate curl 2) straphold w/gripper for time or max weight 3) 1 or 2 hand pinch for the one-handed ones add the weight/time for both hands together.
