oso Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 About a year ago I loved gripping/bending/pinching. I plateaued and started doing heavy wrist rolling on a stationary roller. Then I stopped because of lack of motivation and now want to get back into gripping. But I don't want to overwork my hands just to get nothing in return like I did when I stopped, so I'm wondering what are everybody's routines for their grip training? I understand that everybody is different and a single routine won't work for everybody, but I would just like ideas. I have KTA for the grippers but I don't know if it would be better to focus on one aspect of grip at a time rather than all of them. Quote
