Here's the video of todays 2" V-Bar *PR* left handed, 182 lbs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sL9n-1pFl2M I also beat my RH record with 172 lbs. I started not to even train V-Bar today because it was cool and damp outside from 3 consecutive days of rain. To top things off I did extreme negatives yesterday with my Negative Machine for grippers. My right wrist still has a nagging irritation from a year ago so maybe that's why my right hand V-Bar is lacking. Hope you like the video!
