As fanatical about grip training as we seem to be, it's nice to see that the poll is showing that it's not the soul focus of training!

I am doing many more things in addition to training my grip. I might be the only guy here who certified as a COC BEFORE doing any sort of formal weight training. "Better late than never".

Squats, benching, deadlifting, overhead presses, dumbbell lifting, etc.

I am in training to do a lift that I consider a "strongman lift", but I'm not telling anybody what it is until I actually can perform it (and no, it's not lifting the Inch DB). :huh
