BigJan85 Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 I made a leverage pinch block a couple weeks ago and I use it about every other day. Its a lot longer than the ones u can buy from strongergrip.com so I can only move a 10lb weight about 60% of the way to the end of it and still do the simulated plate curls with it. My question is this: Should I just continue to move the 10lb plate towards the end when I train or should I add more weight and use it closer to where I'm pinching? Maybe a mix of both?
