deadgame1 Posted March 27, 2009 Share Posted March 27, 2009 when i read this article i couldn't wait to get out in my garage that night for my training to try these out!!I'd been doing all but the last and it was pretty rough!!I added them in with some plate wrist curls and some nail bending and uhh my wrist were soar for like 2 days!!!!overdid it some i guess but hey!!!I'm pretty new to the bending aspect so thanks for all the great info that ya'll post everwhere!!!
