i watched few pictures of a top bender(cant remember the name ..sorry) he did some great bends while using some weight in his neck.

so i realized maybe neck work makes sense ... should be good to help the KINK ...what do u think guys?

in the short run hugo, concentrate on wrists, shoulder, lats and core. If you have some steam/time over, give the attention some attention

besides, if you work on shoulder and lats, it will ge you lots of strength in the neck as well

keep the basics in focus, you're making great progress

I think that is Pat Povilatis you're referring to Hugo. I'm sure a strong neck couldn't do anything but help someone's bending though! :D

Careful with the neck training thing!!!! You only have one so don't ruin it :D;)

I recently bent a horseshoe over my head. I got it bent but my neck is still sore. Train very slowly!!!

if you want some seriously more detailed tips on assistance exercise for bending (other than wrist work), i'd say

rows

zercher squats (google it)

crush lift, see this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_1O3EjT9_uk

but seriously, don't underestimate how much force that is generated through the core and the lats. triceps is important but don't forget the rest of the package
