ewokhugo Posted February 14, 2009 Share Posted February 14, 2009 i watched few pictures of a top bender(cant remember the name ..sorry) he did some great bends while using some weight in his neck. so i realized maybe neck work makes sense ... should be good to help the KINK ...what do u think guys? If you have some steam/time over, give the attention some attention besides, if you work on shoulder and lats, it will ge you lots of strength in the neck as well keep the basics in focus, you're making great progress Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

naturalstrength Posted February 14, 2009 Share Posted February 14, 2009 Careful with the neck training thing!!!! You only have one so don't ruin it I recently bent a horseshoe over my head.
