fergusmac Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 I'm very new here and I just picked the book Mastery of hand strength . . . in it, John Brookfield recommends buying a dumbbell and cut off the ends for block weights . . . how exactly is this done . . .can it be done by a hex saw . . .has anyone done this - make block weights . . .can you let me know exactly how you did it thanks!
