ruffhans Posted December 1, 2002 Share Posted December 1, 2002 I am always heareing about negitives, and there use in gaining strength for closing a gripper. the way i have been training on my #3, is to squeese and hold it asloooong as i can almost pretending to close it. this has realy helped me gain strength! but today i tried what i think to be a negitive from reading posts on here. i had a very intence training today. and while squeesing the heck out of my #3 i held it and gave what seemed to be aaaaalll i had to it!! on the slooooow realese i thought for sure i wasnt going to be able to open my hand. and as i did i felt pain. real pain! i then thought to myself-so, this is a negitive! what do you guys think?
