Force
What do you think about this training plan? My best MMS close with right hand is adjustable BBGM at 4mm mount (3/19") and normal BBSM. Video Left hand my best MMS close is BBM. My BBM is slightly harder than my CoC #2. Workout1: choked gripper training day Right hand: CoC #3 choked 5*1, when all 5 attempts closed --> 1mm more spread Left hand: CoC #2.5 choked 5*1, when all 5 attempts closed --> 1mm more spread Workout2: MMS training day Right Hand: Adjustable BBGM 5*1 attempts, when all closed --> 1mm harder mount Left Hand: CoC #2.5 5*1 attempts Workout3: Wide spread training day Right Hand: BBM, NS or CCS attempts 5*1 Left Hand: CoC #2, NS or CCS attempts 5*
wscorpion
Ok, some people won't agree, but I'm not a fan of different weights between left and right hands. I would prefer taking it one step back and making sure both hands will get identical strength. Now as you continue this plan your right hand will always stay stronger, otherwise you can work on getting the difference to a minimum. Even though it may seem so, you won't loose any strength doing so

My RH is reasonably stronger then my LH, but I train them equally. A big part of it is that I can set the gripper MUCH better in my RH. I've been having very good success doing sets of 5-10 reps plus one set of strapholds and NEG's thrown in.
arron-brewer
Definately train both hands equally. My right hand used to be stronger than my left, until about half way through my first KTA cycle (last Oct), when my left hand just 'suddenly' got much stronger. Now, both hands are almost equal, but due to old hand and wrist injuries to my right hand, my left is now stronger. BTW, I am 'right handed'.
