#4 Scf X-tra

I have been up to a lot more shoe bending, a new video is up with a slider shoebend, a DC3 and a SCF #4 X-tra (nasty nasty shoes!) all getting the special treatment, plus some plate curl PRs and some mini-poker deck quartering

Very nice Adam!! I'm still amazed at the ease with which you tear those cards. :blink Looks like you could do that in your sleep! Nice job on that nasty shoe as well. Congrats!! :cool:rock :rock

Nice work Adam! I am guessing that 4 is harder than the 5 because from what i have seen theose shoes are the same size. You just get a little exstra leg length on the 5 than the 4.

Great work as always Adam. I'm amazed how some of the tougher feats (quartering the mini-deck of cards) seem almost casual.

Great work as always Adam. Though I'm mainly into braced bending at the moment, my favorite feat on this video was the quartering of the mini-deck of cards.

Damn Adam you just melt those shoes like they are nothing. I am glad to see your shoulder is getting better quickly. How does it feel now after those shoes?

I can't even comment on the mini deck, that is so far beyond my pinch and ripping experience it would be like trying to understand the difficulty of one of Gazza's bends.

My shoulder is feeling better all the time. I do a lot of rehab on it, and it pays off. I see the shoes destroyed before i ever set them for the first bend, as it is thought and spoke it is done. On my Gyms blog i posted a video of the Arm bar, i think every person who bends should do it, because we get over balanced with forward flexation. the Armbar helps with this a lot.

You would get a kick of the shoes i am bending when i take my time...
