PayPal only for the fee payment (everyone is doing this anyway the last 2+years) Once the cert thread for your cert is started, you have 24hrs to pay. Failure to do so will put you at the bottom of the list. This should not be a problem because people will have a big heads up when they are up if they actually follow the schedule and certs once they are signed up in the signup thread. Thanks everyone!
