CubanMoses Posted January 5, 2009 Share Posted January 5, 2009 Hey guys, I just got into grip training and can lift a 35 lbs. blob with my right hand about 6 or 7 times and 5 times lefty. Should I get another blob I can't lift and what weight if I'm getting one? 37.5 or 40? Or should I add weight onto the 30 or 35 lbs blob and see what i can lift? Adam Moyers Posted January 5, 2009 Share Posted January 5, 2009 I would add weight for a while unless you find a good deal on some blobs. I went from a 32.5lb blob to a 37.22lb blob, so I would suggest getting a 40lb next if the 35 is easy. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mlstrass Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 Not sure on your hand size, but the heavier blobs are normally wider, so that will add to the difficulty.
