What New Blob To Get

Hey guys,

I just got into grip training and can lift a 35 lbs. blob with my right hand about 6 or 7 times and 5 times lefty. Should I get another blob I can't lift and what weight if I'm getting one? 37.5 or 40? Or should I add weight onto the 30 or 35 lbs blob and see what i can lift?

I would add weight for a while unless you find a good deal on some blobs. I went from a 32.5lb blob to a 37.22lb blob, so I would suggest getting a 40lb next if the 35 is easy.

Not sure on your hand size, but the heavier blobs are normally wider, so that will add to the difficulty. I have a 37.5 that's harder then my 40# as it's 1/4" wider and that's enough to make a big diff with my hand size.
