180lbs + 190lbs On Rolling Thunder (homemade)

Recommended Posts

Hey i made my own rolling thunder its a 2 and half inch rolling pin with a good sized hole through it so i attached some rope and a few carabines and got lifting.

Its rotates like a bitch (it dosnt stick trust me) but i know it wont be as hard as a real rolling thunder.

So here they are.

btw I got 180lbs more in plates today :)

180lbs both hands :)http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HGWesWQqOTM

Not bad man! You'd almost certainly be pulling decent #'s on an actual RT handle and Matthew is right, sometimes the homemade stuff is much harder than what it simulates :D
