turbinepro
I've tried to bend a 7" 5/16 crs a couple times and nothing but cut it to 4.5" just to try and got some good movement seems to this would harder than the 7'' from a leverage stand point. if any of you experienced benders could give me some pointers so i can move on to my goal of the red i would appreciate.By the way hear is a pic of the 5/16 crs thanks in advance Matt Bell
luuc
It's probably a (shoulder) flexibility problem; try stretching. Schoulder dislocates are a good exercise for example. Moving 4,5" CRS is nice by the way!
turbinepro
thanks felt good to move it. on the 7'' stuff just can't seem to get the power that i can on the shorter bar's will try the shoulder stretching that you suggested thanks again for all the help Matt Bell
MalachiMcMullen
Definitely go with the shoulder dislocations. It's just a flexibility issue, plain and simple. Start working with easier 7" bars and you'll work up to a Bastard bend at warp 2 speed.
