Muscles In The Actual Hand

Guys I know there a few muscles in the actual hand the thumb pad, pinkie muscle and some kind of plam muscle.

What I want to know is how can I asolate these muscles to increase size and mass.

I have puny girlie hands and need to butch them up a little.

heavy grip training - pinch is good for increasing thumbpad thickness etc... also if you are doing general weight training and adding bodyweight your hand will thicken up nicely.

I'm not sure it's all that possible to be honest. I have a "slight" build and pretty skinny hands. I have been doing pretty intense grip training now for over two years and my hands have not changed much. My thumb pad is more dense, but not much bigger at all. The muscle on the pinky-side of my hand is also more dense and defined, but not bigger. The only place I've really added mass is on the back of my hand between my index and thumb. Like the "back" of the thumb pad. I think pinching made the biggest difference there.

If you find a way to "bulk up" your hand, let me know :D

Actually this is probably your best bet.

The most noticeable gains in "hand" muscle, have been from heavy dexterity ball work. :)
