shippling
Quick question is cold steel easier to grip than warm or room temp? I was outside waiting for my wife to return from her dog walk and decided to have a quick blob session. The temp here early am is around 55 degrees. I was able to dl my 37.5# blob with very slick (basically bare metal) very easily with both hands. This is the best Ive been able to muster in a while, and I was wondering if it was the colder temp? Looks like early am blob sessions for me from now on thanks ship

ae_yogi
If I have too much chalk on the blob a bit of sweat or condensation will make it a bit sticky and easier to grab. Otherwise the condensation makes it slippery.
