luuc
It's not an 's' or a 'u', but there are two bends in it :P I can get the ends closer to eachother, but then it would just be one big bend. http://i33.tinypic.com/2hogqw2.jpg This is 3/8" HRS, about 5' / 1.30m long. http://i33.tinypic.com/11uaz6g.jpg http://i33.tinypic.com/2mfby4i.jpg http://i34.tinypic.com/29qjmgx.jpg Edited November 30, 2008 by luuc

gumpster
Nice work! I like the support on the big one so it stands up by itself.
timiacobucci
I like that scroll allot, it looks bad ass in this http://i33.tinypic.com/2mfby4i.jpg picture. Those are some pretty tight coils in that sucker too. Do you think you like it enough you gonna do more scrolling?
luuc
I love scrolling, I've made various scrolls with 1/4" square stainless, which came out pretty nice and also with 5/16" hot rolled steel. I'm going to try 5/16 square hrs soon too, I think that'll be my favorite steel for scrolling. I'm sure to keep doing this, but I really have to keep back the frequency, because it's not the cheapest hobby, and I have to get stronger overall to actually be able to bend the steel in my own ways and not 'go with the flow of the steel'. Thanks for the comments guys!! Edited December 6, 2008 by luuc
