ihvpcinhm Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 Hi all, Today I beat steel that I could not kink before. I think it is so important for a beginnner to watch technique over and over. I bought the Steve M DVD's and it has really helped. I plan to buy some more resources as well, which some of you have suggested. I wanted to share this with the board. As I was working out, my daughter went in the bathroom and broke a red toothbrush. She was so proud! We put it with the rest of the wreckage. Anyone else out here have kids who try to copy dad?
