meelhama
I have a birthday coming up and want to get a block weight. Here is the question: I'm currently dominating a 37lb block weight for 100+ reps. However, it dosn't have slopped sides. Should I move up ten pounds (45 lb blob) or be more conservative? Thanks to all who respond.

For now you can add weight with magnets or chains, or simply do one and two finger lifts.
gazza
If it doesnt have sloped sides then when you try an actual blob it will be alot harder for the same weight meaning if you are useing say a 40lbs steel block flat side then you try a 40lbs blob the blob will be significantly harder on account of the slopeing/flareing sided.
