Guest Mikael Siversson Posted November 16, 2002 Share Posted November 16, 2002 Any Swede (or anyone else for that matter) lurking on this board is invited to compete in the Löddeköpinge Grip Challenge VI on Saturday 7 December, at the gym in Löddeköpinge centrum. The competition starts at 13.00, but be there at bit earlier so we can record everyones weight. Events include grippers (we have a series of grippers, mostly IM, at different difficulty levels), one hand pinch (we use two 15-kg eleiko plates of older model as base [69 mm width]), and the Rolling Thunder. We compete with both hands. For the next year we will include two more events, one for the wrists and one supporting event (probably vertical bar lift without thumb lock). Points are scored strongman comp.-style. It should be a great competition (even though we all suck at gripping) and it looks like there will be a record number of competitors and a record number of people closing #3 grippers.
