Jonathan McMillan Posted November 15, 2002 Share Posted November 15, 2002 Actually I think my (lefty) handness is rarely a factor in my grip strength anymore. I think the training has equalized the strength in my two hands. On the other hand, when I really think about it I guess my left hand is usually a little bit stronger then my right hand.
