I knew I ad this in me, I just never had a shot at good plates. I was very surprised to not get it lefty, seemed to be having an off day with that hand, oh well.

In this workout I pulled Aaron's blob like 7 times righty and a couple lefty. I also got Blob+2.25 to my knees repetitively, next time. Needless to say his blob is MUCH nicer then mine

Kevin, to answer your question on youtube you can see at the end they say Standard Plates, I think they are Cap or something.

Paul, hopefully Blob+5 dude but idk, I know 6-10s is a LONG way away :laugh
