Bob Lipinski
Dave, Zach, Matt, and I played around with the events. First off, this is for Brent (and sorry it took so long): This is likely the pad setup I will have available for slim levering in the hammer medley- http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?autocom...si&img=8085 Next, I will likely be using a Hampton plate for the hub lift. This plate should be available at Gripmas if anyone wants to try it out. Finally, for the trap bar rim lift hold, there will only be 2 weights available: 335 and 195. If you cannot lift the 335, you can try the 195. We will be using a relatively wide lipped plate.
barbe705
for the trap bar hold: do we have to hold on the outside of all of the plates? Or, Is there some kind of spacer so that both weights are held at the same width?
Bob Lipinski
There is a spacer. You'll be grabbing the most inside plate. There is a 45 on the inside (which you will grab), 2 25's, then a 45. An outside 45 and 25 will come off to make 195.

Bob Lipinski
Yeah, I think you tried both. You'll get the 335 up at the contest.
