Chalked_Up
A few of my grippers are extremely squeaky, and was wondering if I oiled them would that affect their resistance? Also, whenever I set the gripper with my left hand it tilts slightly causing me to close the gripper at an angle...will chalk fix this? twig
Oil them, it will stop them from rusting and increasing their resistance. It can't hurt.

Thanks man, but I read it will slightly decrease their calibration, oh well.

I think Twig means that oil will allow the gripper to move w/o binding, therefore decreasing the resistance; if it's rusty, it will bind, and will be squeaky and harder to close. MalachiMcMullen
Oiling will decrease their calibration, but not oiling them will cause their calibration to rise and bind up, making them harder to close than they should be. I believe that even Ironmind recommends oiling them straight out of the package. If you oil them once every few months, they'll stay pretty consistent. Mlstrass
For the LH tilt problem make sure the handle in the palm is set deep and stays in place. I had the same problem for quite some time, and still do on max attempts now and then.
