Guest Odhibjorn
I have something similar here at home, but a bit more "professional" looking. A block of strong sanded oak with a hole drilled through the middle for rope which I tie to plates. Works real good plus the oak is heavier and a lot more solid than other woods. Alawadhi
If you want to train for wider pinch then grab two bricks with a rope between them tied to weights. It's simple.
