Just bent 1/4 5 inch nail FBBC to 4 inch. Can't crush it down though. You guys must have some pain tolerance , I was using the crushdown pads and I still couldn't do it.

The bolts seem much tougher all the way through , rather than just the kink.

for the crushdown you really just hav eto bite the bullet and go for it, still hurts and ive been doing it a while

I hear ya on that one and good advice! :rock

My palms and thumb pads hurt so bad after a crushdown session. It's the reason I've stopped focusing on grippers and pinching is because I'm sore 24/7 :D

Yeah, my palms used to kill me after a bending session, but as time goes by, the nerves will deaden, and you'll only feel it on the big bends! :cool:D

Nice job keep hitting it!!!

I remember when GerryG sent me some 1/4" FBBC stock the 5" one was tough!!!

Time to build up some big pain tollerence, bro. It hurts a lot less as time (and big bends) go by.

Congrats man. Keep it up.

Nice work! Keep pushin' on it, when you close one that you couldn't before it makes it hurt a lot less. :D

Ha bent 1/4 5 inch FBBC to well under 2 inches today . Kinked the first one got to first inches the same as last time. So tried a different strategy on the next one and just kept hitting it quickly while it was hot . Got it down to 3 inches this way. I had to turn the off switch to crush it well under 2 inches. I got bloodshot eyes and got a little dizzy so I will have to back off for a few days.

Bent a 6 inch FBBC in well under 30 secs too . Took a while to take the wraps off to crush it down. Oddly the square 1/4 wouldn't move at 7 inches. I found my sotre bought square stuff hard to kink too. So hopefully I'll get that or harder bolt next time.
