Guest indi Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 just a quick thanks from me to you guys. i had some hand pains a while back and followed the advice given here. from the advice given: -the pains have now completely gone -my grip workouts are shorter but feel SO much more productive -closed the no.2 with my left hand after those 2 weeks of rest, ive come back stronger -closed the no.2 with right hand with no setting or involvment from my left hand at all (TNS?) again, thanks!
