AdamTGlass
Unsupported wrist rollers are dangerously close to a complete waste of time. Any reason why your so keen on those? I bet your supported wrist roller is 5X more weight than unsupported, why waste the efforts with the stick and string? Do you have a sledge hammer, a barbell, two pieces of 2X4, what about some cinder blocks? There are a thousand ways to work the hands and wrist, your not bored enough if you havent figured some things out yet.
ae_yogi
Once you go supported you won't want to go back.
