codemaster
So I've been on here for about a week now and was wondering about the different acronyms I see on this site (e.g. TNS and MMS), what do they stand for and what others are commonly used here? I tried the search but it did not turn up anything. Any info would be appreciated.
matthcarl
TNS=Table No Set, where a gripper is picked up and closed without any adjustment from the other hand MMS=Mash Monster Set, named after our own gripboard certification process. It is where the gripper is set to where the handles are parallel before closing with one hand and takes hand size out of the picture for comparing gripper closes. AdamTGlass
Teddy the only one i remember is the 5 lives start for the first contra, every dude who ever played NES knows that one. Codemaster check out www.Straighttothebar.com and read Jedd Johnsons articles on grippers, they are extensive and will answer all of your questions.
