Guest jiacstrap
I want to buy the captian of cruch trainers or number 1 but it is so expensive. It is 20 bucks for one, and then the shipping would be like 50 bucks shipping, I think I am adding it up wrong, Ijust need to know how much the shipping is...... And should I get the trainer or number 1? I am about 150 pounds with a weak grip but I think I should start with the number 1's becuase I don't have too much cash..... Guest el4n
####, where are you at where shipping is 50 bucks?
BarBender
I am guessing that you are from the southern part of New Jersey. Shipping should not be much more than $6 for one gripper.

Guest mg6680
Just buy them through IM. Shipping to anywhere in the US shouldnt be more than $7 or $8. As a matter of fact just do up an internet order on their site - it should tell you what the shipping will be.
RSW
You can also buy them at the York Barbell store in York Pa. No shipping and you can try out all of the IM grippers. I bought my #4 there, as well as some platemates. Robert
Guest jiacstrap
Sir: Many thanks for your inquiry. The Captains of Crush grippers are listed at 1 lb. each; the total in the US for two grippers is $46.90 ($19.95 x 2 plus $7.00 S&H). Thank you again; we appreciate your interest in our products. Sincerely, Elizabeth Hammond IronMind Enterprises, Inc. I think I am going to buy the trainer and number 1.
Guest mg6680
If youre serious about grip training and can only afford to buy two I'd skip the Trainer and buy the 1 and 2. Your trainer wont be much useful (warm-ups) to you. If you cant close the trainer then you should be working on the 1 anyhow.
Sybersnott
I'll go with what mg said, EXCEPT... I'll add this. If you can afford the #1, #2 and the #3 - then get them. Right out of the bag, give the #3 a squeeze. Then you'll know what you're up against! It's a very humbling experience.
ruffhans
i agree with snott! only i say get them ALL!! :p :hehe :p if you can get them all. i know they are kind of expensive, but they will last you your life! im not sure how old you are, or if you have a job. but if your realy hurtin for cash i think the very least you should get is the#1 and #2. they seem to be the best overall for starting. as far as the price goes, just remember you are getting the best!
