hwf00
Well i am getting them next week, most of them "#s1-4" 9 Captains of Crush grippers, shipping costs me more than whole bunch so im saving. Anyways i wanted to know how much strength training for the last year (on and off ) helps with grip which one should i be able to close, and which one no way. I usually do these every week or so Deadlift 110kg for 4 reps Standing Barbell Overhead press 67kg for 4 reps Bench press 92 kg for 7 reps, Curls with dumbels 22 kg each for 8-10 reps. Well i sometimes hold the deadlifted bar maybe 90kg, after adding some rags to it to make it like a thick bar for less than a minute, it fries my forearms. I always thought deadlifts were best forearm exercise, guess i've got more learning to do.... Edited August 26, 2008 by Alfonz
Autolupus
Id' expect you to close the #1, find the #1.5 challenging/no-close, #2 something to work toward.

Sonny
No real way to say for sure. I had better lifts than those when I first got my grippers and FWIW I could barely close the trainer. But progress from trainer to #1 was pretty quick.
