McPhystal
I created this cheap and simple invention for use on an Olympic weight bar. The purpose is to convert one-inch (inside diameter) weights for use on a two-inch Olympic bar. It's worth a look... http://www.instructables.com/id/Convert_on...to_Olympic_Bar/

Matt Brouse
Interesting. Is it able to swing? Tapping into chaos theory stuff. Like hanging a kettlebell on the end of the bar or hanging them via bands... Nice.

McPhystal
Matt Brouse- I just came up with this invention recently, so I haven't thought of the other possible applications. I think that I could come up with a kettlebell variation in a short time. I've never seen an adjustable kettlebell before, so maybe you're on to something. Thanks for the response. Thanks for the response. there are different versions of adjustable kettlebells, from plate loadable to shot fillable, but its always great to see people ingenuity coming up with their own versions and modifications

ae_yogi
Collars that not only hold the plates on, but keep them from rotating on the bar. Just curious, why would you not want your plates to rotate on the bar?
