Grip Tip Of The Month (august)

This idea came as a "variation on a theme" made popular by Jens Pulver in his pre-fight interview against Uriah Faber

(Uriah is the best pound for pound MMA fighter by far, IMO!!!). I didn't like using the tennis balls so decided to use what I believe is a more effective method. Be careful when you first attempt these, they are much harder than they appear. If you have large sized hands, use three instead of two. As always, please feel free to comment on these tips ;) Enjoy!!

Interesting thank you for sharing I will give this a try looks challenging and looks like it may toughen the hands up.Also it looks like it would work the adductors of the fingers too!!!

Great idea!

Thanks for sharing your ideas.

Just imagine doing the same thing with

regualr 1" dumbbell handles and doing Farmers

Walk.

Levering a smaller diameter shaft with the golf balls.

Your imagination is the limit. I could probably think of

many more in a days time.

Stay Strong!!!

Those are also good uses of the golf ball. I use them alot for heavy farmers walks and it works very well, definitely taxes the grip. Glad you liked the idea
