Incindium Posted August 11, 2008 Author Share Posted August 11, 2008 I did a couple hub lifts today with the left hand with a 2.5lb plate added. I tried 5lbs added but only could crack it off the ground a couple times. I took a chunk of skin off at the joint on my right thumb so won't be able to hub lift with it until it heals.
