You have obviously made great strides in your routine of working the grip on an almost daily basis. I have the feeling that I am beginning to plateau on my twice a week program and am looking for ideas. I recently read through Zatsiorky's book on strength training and also Louie Simmons PL routines. When working you routine did you go low volume/high intensity each workout or did you or incorporate speed days (light gripper w/ high volume) and strength days (low volume w/ hard gripper)? To build the volume though overall you need to build it up over a period of 3-4 weeks and then back down and build up the volume again. Just my 2 cents. No speed days per say.
