Q for wannagrip

I've been reading you past posts and your COC writeup in Milo. You have obviously made great strides in your routine of working the grip on an almost daily basis. I have the feeling that I am beginning to plateau on my twice a week program and am looking for ideas. I recently read through Zatsiorky's book on strength training and also Louie Simmons PL routines.

When working you routine did you go low volume/high intensity each workout or did you or incorporate speed days (light gripper w/ high volume) and strength days (low volume w/ hard gripper)? Or nether?

Low volume, high intensity.  To build the volume though overall you need to build it up over a period of 3-4 weeks and then back down and build up the volume again.  Just my 2 cents.

No speed days per say.
