GetAGrip87
This guy is a joke. We're making fun of this over at the Arm Wrestling Board too. I hope I stumble across one of these "underground" tournaments one day. LOL

blueviper42
On one of his "professional armwrestling tips" videos he has a hilarious guide on how to "defend" against a toproll. Except he doesn't actually call it a toproll. He's also got a uh....great video explaining some other "techniques". Check out the form on this one! http://www.expertvillage.com/video/41210_a...-techniques.htm Edited August 4, 2008 by thewalrus
33wes
I suspect that his real name isn't Johnny Rambo.

Yes, it's funny but you could use your time to do some real training and not give this guy a minute of your time. I'm telling you, he's clueless. Stay Strong!!! See ya at Europa! G-Man
Johnny Rambo has been an underground arm wrestling champion for many years. His unconventional training has helped him to win many tournaments and hold many titles. http://www.expertvillage.com/expert/304.htm What titles has “Johnny Rambo” won and in what years were they won? Who has he beaten? How are "underground” arm wrestling tournaments different from conventional arm wrestling tournaments? Under arm wrestling exercises, he demonstrates side lateral raises. How is this an arm wrestling exercise? Side laterals are much better in my view for arm wrestlers to train shoulders than presses. For some reason, doing heavy presses (benches, shoulder presses) seems to hurt your pulling ability (pull-ups, curls, etc.). I am just not sure if side laterals really help you on the table though. He also demonstrates “arm wrestling push-ups”. I have never heard of these before – has anyone done them? Being a pushing exercise, it’s hard to see the value in them except maybe for a shoulder roll/tricep press
