Paul Knight Posted July 27, 2008 Share Posted July 27, 2008 Did some bending at Metroflex gym today - here's one of the vids - a GB in everyway - the reverse bend was kinda hard to judge cause its off center - its good one way and if you flip it, its short - I'm gonna re-measure it on Eric's "swing arm" protractor for a more accurate measure.
